chatwoot deleted Email conversation will back

Hi guys

in chatwoot when I delete a Email conversation it comes back again.
don't know how to delete them all.

please help.

AFAIK (as far as I know):
Chatwoot scans the IMAP Postbox for mails and adds them into Chatwoot.
If you want to have the conversation completely deleted you have to delete the mail in the postbox as well.
