Missing Token

I try to deploy apps via CLI but I have an error: Missing Token
Where I could find this Token and/or when this Token is generated ?

Did you try to run cloudron login first?

I would also delete ~/.cloudron.json for good measure since we change the format of the config a few times and maybe you have something from an older CLI version.
