Possible to edit Editors' default config?

Hi.
Is it possible to modify the OnlyOffice config, such that when a document editor, connected to it, is opened, it opens with the pre-configured settings, like:

• disable certain plugins within the editor
• enable/configure certain plugins within the editor with custom defaults
• disable download option
• enable Track Changes
  and so on?

PS: I'm using Cloudron hosted HumHub and OnlyOffice apps, with OnlyOffice configured as the default file document editor within HumHub.
