@Thedurancode there are not enough details to troubleshoot - you will be asked to provide logs from
/home/yellowtent/platformdata/logs/box.log
, but what helped me - it's to give server more resources and some time digest the changes.If your server is running low on resources, combined with some bugs in the update process, that makes an update a disaster; or at least it was for me...

@scooke there's a bug in the update logic that if a redis container "disappears" (it's not clear why it disappears), then the update stops so that the admin can "assess" the situation. This requies some manual intervention since the upgrade code doesn't know how to proceed / whether it's safe to go on. Still trying to debug why the redis container goes away.
