Separate Surfer App ?

Hi,

just installed Synapse and Element and found this in documentation:

Element has no admin UI (see this and this. The Admin user can use the admin API. For Admin UI, you can install Synapse Admin in a separate Surfer app.

How I can install "Synapse Admin" on my Cloudron Server?
