What version of node.js and MySQL are we running on Cloudron?

I'm submitting a bug about Ghost on GitHub and they are this and I'm not sure.
I think the answer may be Node 18.16.0 and MySQL 8.0? Is that right?

Although, I just spotted that there are some security patches about to come out so I guess @staff may very soon want/ need to update that...
