Problem with first User/Admin

Hi,
After the installation, I created the first user via CLI and gave him the owner role. Now I have the problem that the account has to be activated after email verification- but this is not possible because I do not yet have the rights to do so. I can see the Admin and Moderation tabs, canbut I can't do anything because my own account is still waiting to be activated...I'm too stupid and I'm going round in circles...does anyone have any ideas?Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
