What you use to verify email

I have recently been processing lists which are becoming very large and I want to ensure that no email will slip through the cracks. I already use tools to optimize the body of the email, server testing tools and this email checker.
Do you have any advice to give me to improve my process, perhaps more efficient tools?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
