BackBlaze IPv6 Implementation Planned
-
Backblaze is soon adding IPv6 support for our B2 Cloud Storage S3 compatible API in order to help users avoid public IPv4 address costs and complexities. IPv4 will continue to be supported at this time.
No account action is necessary, and we anticipate no interruption in service for the majority of users. A small number of users with advanced firewalls may need to add our range of IP addresses to their whitelist to allow for uninterrupted service. You can always find our range IPs in our documentation.
If you have any questions, we're here for you—please reach out to our Support team at https://www.backblaze.com/help.
Thank you,
The Backblaze team
