Problem with user registration

Hi everyone,
I need some help with an issue regarding user management in the PeerTube app on Cloudron.
When I first installed the app, I selected the option "Let the app handle user management", and everything worked fine. Registrations could be enabled directly through the PeerTube settings. However, I accidentally switched the Cloudron setting to "Allow the following users", which now blocks user management within the app itself.
My questions:- Is there a way to revert back to "Let the app handle user management" without having to reinstall the app?
- If I have to reinstall the app, will the backup stored on a remote storage (e.g., Hetzner or another Storage Box) remain intact, or will it be deleted when the app is uninstalled?
