    Hello !
    I tried using asset acceptance, everyting works fine (even the signature) but at the end when downloading the PDF, the signature does not appear. I did it with different assets and different users but same issue.

    Here what I see :

      This sounds like a snipe-it issue itself. Have you checked if there are upstream issues reported about that?

      Otherwise it could also be a packaging issue, if the app tries to cache or save some assets on the local filesystem, do you see any error in the app logs about permissions maybe?
