Cloudron Offline

Hi I lost access to my cloudron. When I click on the site I receive: "Cloudron is Offline. Reconnecting".

@darc87 https://docs.cloudron.io/troubleshooting/#unreachable-dashboard is a good place to start debugging. But check status of nginx as well the box logs at /home/yellowtent/platformdata/logs/box.log .

We were discussing this on support@ , seems to be some linode issue that the server is not working.

same error with me it was on 7.6.0 i was trying to update GIT it failed then tried to restore Failed then i see in service MONGODB Postgress were not starting up so restarted it and since then its Coming as Offline its on Ubuntu 22.04

@DualOSWinWiz it was Storage issue which i resolved as it was 100% had to increase VM disk space then did bunch of ubuntu commands but it worked. i would recommend having an auto option to delete unwanted packaged related to Coudron.
