Castopod unable to change admin password

Hi gang,
I tried changing the admin user password by copying my super secure password from my password safe to the two fields but got the following error message when I tried to save it:
The new_password field must differ from the password field.
I tried typing it in, reducing or increasing the length, including special symbols and excluding them..., but nothing worked.
What gives?
Latest version Cloudron (v7.5.2 (Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS)) and app package (v2.2.0).

You put the old password in the first field and the new password in the second (as it is indeed labelled):
