Email fetching task is properly connecting to the IMAP inbox, it detects some old messages, but not the new ones.

This happened since the upgrade from 1.24.1 -> 1.24.2

    Cloudron app version: 1.24.2
    Chatwoot upstreamVersion: 3.5.2

I was going to ask you to report this upstream but looks you already have, thanks!

Yes I did, but it might be an Cloudron package issue.

Do you see any errors in the logs for IMAP fetch?

No, that's the problem. Here's an extract from the log.

            Feb 01 12:52:03I, [2024-02-01T11:52:03.766953 #15] INFO -- : [ActiveJob] [Inboxes::FetchImapEmailsJob] [b8b36699-9d99-4559-bf21-1fadd7adc5c1] [IMAP::FETCH_EMAIL_SERVICE] Fetching mails from @.ch, found 5.

It found 5 emails. If I send an email to this mailbox, it doesn't found 6 emails. Stuck at 5.

              They're working on it...
              https://github.com/chatwoot/chatwoot/pull/8833/files

But meanwhile, the chatwoot mail inboxes are unusable. That's really annoying.

As this problem persist despite the upgrade to release 3.6, I've looked for a suitable alternative. Installed Crisp, https://crisp.chat
For 95$ / year, you've got a much better software that is suitable replacement for :
                Chatwoot
                Mautic
                Uptime Kuma
                Docuwiki
                Bot

                  You mean 95/month ? Or did I misread https://crisp.chat/en/pricing/ ?

It does say the issue is fixed in 3.6 though - https://github.com/chatwoot/chatwoot/releases/tag/v3.6.0

Yes, 95$ month sorry. They does 30% if you qualify for their "startup" discount. They also have a free plan, which is free btw. And a pro plan for 25$ per month, unlimited number of agents.

I've noticed they says the issue is fixed on Github, and there's another user says it's still experiencing the issue.
