That is a nice graphical way of doing this. An alternative means would be to create a calendar for each table or room or whatever you need. You could then use e.g. cal.com (which is supported on Cloudron) to publish the calendars and allow people to make bookings.

@seeker great find, thanks for sharing. Loads of spaces need tools like this. I'm going to share it now with the Climate Emergency Centres Network here in the UK!

Would be awesome to have it on Cloudron so I could also offer to host it for them!
