Adding Jibri

I am willing to pay one of the DEVs to create me a version on Jitsi Meet with Jibri for live streaming. I am not well versed in packaging theses app. so if anyone is willing to help that will be helpful

NOTE: the way Jibri works is by strarting a Chrome instance and recording its output, so the URL needs to be accessible via the public URL domain.

I think this is rather unlikely unfortunately. Jitsi itself has been unlisted from the Cloudron app store because they haven't been able to update it for ages due to so much complexity with so many moving parts.
