I want to ask about the best practice for deleting users whose user management is via Cloudron, where when the user is deactivated in Cloudron and even deleted it turns out the user is still there in Nextcloud, is it safe to delete manually via Nextcloud or is there another mechanism by which if the user is deleted or when deactivated on Cloudron the same thing will happen on Nextcloud, please provide advice or recommendations

Nextcloud only adds users from LDAP (Cloudron integration) and then authenticates those users. Nextcloud does not purge users, which are deactivated or removed from the LDAP server. So you have to purge those users manually within Nextcloud.
