Official Nextcloud Clients won’t connect

Hey all,
I’m facing the issue that the official Nextcloud clients on Linux, Mac and iPhone won’t connect to my Nextcloud instance. Weirdly the problem only occurs randomly. I’m able to connect via a web browser without any problems.
I’m suspecting some kind of port or DNS problem.
Any suggestions on what might be the issue here?

The logfile lists something about being unable to encrypt and decrypt data.

The issue seems to be that connection to LDAP server is lost though. Can you check if box code is repeatedly crashing ? Can you check for errors in
/home/yellowtent/platformdata/logs/box.log?
