Allow whole system restore from the backup settings

When we have errors from the updates and we are on a time crunch, allowing a whole system restore from the dashboard can save time getting backups back and running. Instead of reinstalling Linux and installing cloudron and then restoring backups. That could mean a entire day or day and a half vs hours to restore from a whole system backup. Please consider this a major update. It is well-needed.

What is your use-case to restore the whole Cloudron from Cloudron itself? I can see if Cloudron and thus the dashboard is not working, a restore might be required, but then it cannot restore itself in such cases.
