Docker Registry App Stuck in Restart - Request for Assistance
-
Dear Cloudron Support,
I am currently experiencing an issue with the Docker Registry app on my Cloudron instance. The app seems to be stuck in a pending restart state, and I am unable to perform any further actions on it through the Cloudron dashboard.
Details:
App Title: Docker Registry
App Version: Docker Registry 2.8.3 (Registry UI 2.5.7)
Task ID: 697 (related to the restart)
Current Status: The app shows as "running" in the Cloudron dashboard, but the task remains locked, preventing me from restarting or performing any other actions.
Cloudron Version: 7.1.0
Domain: docker.mekaupp.com
Troubleshooting steps I have attempted:
Restarted the Cloudron box service and Docker on the server.
Attempted to find and kill the task via Cloudron CLI, but I am encountering issues where the cloudron-task command is not available on my system.
Checked the Docker containers via docker ps and docker ps -a, but the Docker Registry container is not listed among the running or stopped containers.
Reviewed logs on the system, but I could not identify any clear reason for the task being stuck.
Despite these attempts, I have been unable to resolve the issue. Could you kindly assist with unlocking the task and troubleshooting the Docker Registry app?Thank you for your support!

Hm those statements are a bit contradicting, so the app is showing "Running" in the app tile in the dashboard but also "pending restart"?
Instead of trying to kill tasks or restarting the server wholesale, can you stop the app or put the app in recovery mode via the dashboard? If not what do you see in the logs? Are all services up and running?
