MiroTalk Live Broadcast is now available

To further our MiroTalk package coverage, we have packaged the next flavor, the Live Broadcasting one.
It is a one to many streaming app. It comes with Cloudron user directory integration to start broadcasts.

Although:
- it's not immediately clear what this is actually for?
- https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/mirotalk/ haven't been updated to include anything about it, and
- https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/mirotalk/ link to https://p2p.mirotalk.com/ as the @MiroTalk website, but that's just about the P2P app. https://mirotalk.com/ just redirects to https://codecanyon.net/user/miroslavpejic85 though and I'm not sure that'd be the best place for Cloudron to link to either
I think https://github.com/miroslavpejic85/ would probably be the best current link, but perhaps even better would be for @MiroTalk to create a MiroTalk GitHub Organisation and to move all the repos there?
