This could be in Discuss but it’s specific to App Packaging, so I opted for here.

I guess everyone here has used AI to assist their projects.
I just wanted to share that I have been trying Windsurf from Codeium (their forked version of Visual Code IDE), which embeds Its Cascade AI assistant within the IDE.

So it is super-convenient to have open in the same coding environment. Additionally you can enable Write mode and it will edit the code files for you (just click ‘Accept all’ at the end of the response).

I’ve no experience of Cursor but I have read that Windsurf/Cascade is better.

Personally I’m very happy at present with Windsurf/Cascade combo, so much more productive than using another chat interface & LLM backend and copy/back forwards.

But always keen to learn, so what are other people doing in this space ?
