    Hello everyone,

I can retrieve various details (threads, customer info, etc.) through the Freescout API, but the email headers—specifically the Message-ID—of an incoming email don’t seem accessible. Even though the Message-ID is visible under “Show original” in the Freescout interface, I can’t find a way to get it via the API or a webhook.

Has anyone figured out how to access the Message-ID via the API, a webhook, or another method? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance.

This question may be better asked in the freescout community

Can't find anything obvious in https://api-docs.freescout.net atleast

https://github.com/freescout-help-desk/freescout/issues is where you ask upstream questions
