    Hi

    Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
    I've tried using old backups but it didn't work.

      Please check your Cloudron Services, especially the postgresql Service, since the N8N App uses postgresql.
      For a good analysis the following is needed.

      • Output of the following command on your root server cloudron-support --troubleshoot
      • The app log
      • The postgresql service log
      • The /home/yellowtent/platformdata/logs/box.log

      Without that I can only ponder my orb.

            Please check your Cloudron Services, especially the postgresql Service, since the N8N App uses postgresql.
            For a good analysis the following is needed.

            • Output of the following command on your root server cloudron-support --troubleshoot
            • The app log
            • The postgresql service log
            • The /home/yellowtent/platformdata/logs/box.log

            Without that I can only ponder my orb.

            @BrutalBirdie Unfortunately, I'm new to using the platform and I don't know how to get this information, but in n8n I can't even see my other workflows or create new ones, and I can't create my credentials.

                @BrutalBirdie I tried to do cloudron-support --troubleshoot but it's not working, the gpt chat says the problem is that port 22 is closed, I don't know what to do anymore.

                  I tried to install 2 n8ns at the same time but the second one didn't finish installing and gave an error.

                        You should try to restore from a backup.
