Adding a custom gazetteer to Grafana

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to add a custom gazetter (geojson lookup for regions in Europe).
The file needs to be added to
/app/code/public/gazetteer
The problem is that this path is read only.

Any ideas how I could still add the file to the folder?
