    Problem:

I installed the Listmonk application via Cloudron. However, after modifying the configuration settings, I notice that the changes are not persistent. They always revert to the default configuration after some time, even though I save them.

    Question:

Can you help me understand why the configuration changes are not persistent, and how I can resolve this issue so that the settings remain applied permanently ?

On Cloudron the apps are pre-configured with platform defaults. So in this case Cloudron will ensure the email sending configs on every app restart/update. To avoid this, disable this feature for that app instance: https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/#disable-email-configuration
