Use background worker instead of cronjob for faster job processing

Does this speed up the time it takes to start syncing files between the windows client and the server? If not, any idea how to speed it up?

I've had to manually click "Sync now" to get it started. I'm not THAT impatient, but it happens mostly when I'm about to head out and can't wait for the auto-sync to kick in and need my work sent to the server.

The good thing comes up with this latest update is now the Nextcloud Assistant or the AI can work without starting cron job manually anymore everytime the server restarts (including if there's an update)
