An easy way to notify users of planned maintenance

Hi, it would be extremely helpful to have a button somewhere in the email setup area that would allow me to send a notification to every email (or maybe some sort of selection) on the instance notifying of a certain maintenance window.

For example, the button could say "Send Planned Maintenance Warning" and ask for the time, and any message to be attached, then send to all addresses using a defined template.
