      So, I got Cloudron installed on Gandi, and other apps like Etherpad install and work fine, but NextCloud install hangs up ... keeps installing, then I get a en e-mail that the app is down.

      Any ideas?

        Can you spot any errors in the app's logs? You can access the log viewer from one of the buttons while hovering the app in the dashboard.

          @tereensio You can also try to "repair" the app and bump up the memory limit (in advanced) to see if that helps.

            @nebulon thanks

            -- there's lot's of red there... the first "fatal error" I see is this:

            6 18:22:45 PHP Fatal error: Access level to OC\Group\Database::getUserGroups() must be (as in class OC\Group\Backend) or weaker in /app/code/lib/private/Group/Database.php on line 46

            don't know whtat to do with it...

            and thanks @girish -- I upped the memory allocation, problem continues

              @tereensio Strange, are you able to give us SSH access to your server to debug this further? Support -> Enable Remote support. You can also send us your domain name to support@cloudron.io. Thanks!
