      Hello @mononym
What browser are you using? Do you have some plugin installed in this browser?

I use Firefox, and my friend who noticed the issue is most surely on Chrome. I tried with $cfg['enable_crypt'] = false; and then it works fine. Encryption and decryption normally happens on the server (not in the browser).

Do you happen so see any errors in the app logs? This sounds then like an upstream issue in the app itself. Maybe you can create a ticket at https://gitlab.com/jirafeau/Jirafeau/-/issues

In the end, I disabled encryption for a while. Switched it on again recenly and it just worked now.
