Please Allow disabling Sign-Up

Currently the env file is located at
/run/documensowhich gets rewritten on app start up, which prevents us from changing theNEXT_PUBLIC_DISABLE_SIGNUP=falsesetting totrueto disable sign-ups.I'm using the app auth mode because the Cloudron SSO option didn't work for making e-mail based accounts as well.

/app/data/envgets merged into the/run/documenso/envon each app start up.
So if you changeNEXT_PUBLIC_DISABLE_SIGNUP=truein you/app/data/envit persists.fyi:
NEXT_PUBLIC_DISABLE_SIGNUP=trueis the default when using Cloudron User Management when installing the app, when leaving the User Management to the app itselfNEXT_PUBLIC_DISABLE_SIGNUP=falseis set initially in/app/data/envI will add a documentation section to https://docs.cloudron.io/packages/documenso
