OpenCode Web is now available as a Community App

I've packaged OpenCode — the open-source AI coding agent — as a Cloudron Community App. It runs as a web UI in your browser.

Features:

• Web-based interface for AI-assisted coding
• 75+ LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.)
• Optional Browserless (Community App) integration for web automation
• Configurable auth (username/password)
• Persistent projects, sessions, and config

Install: from the Community App Store https://communityapps.appx.uk/cloudron-opencode-web/CloudronVersions.json

Notes:

• Create project folders in /app/data/projects/ (via File Manager or terminal)
• Configure providers and models in Settings
• Change the default password after install

Looks like that URL is missing the .appx part of your domain name?

I've switched app auth from default opencode BasicAuth (basic, clunky) to Cloudron proxyAuth.
But proxyAuth only works from a fresh installation.
So if you've already installed the community app opencode-web, you will need to backup any important work, uninstall and reinstall.
Sorry, but I think a good change and worth getting done now early in app lifecycle.

I've also pre-installed cloudron cll into the app image as it will likely be needed (cloudron login from a session for first-time use).

TIP :
Opencode auto installs git to a new empty folder.
So it's worth creating an empty file in a new project.
My time-saver workflow :

• create a bash script ~/new-proh=ject.sh and chmod +x ~/new-project.sh

echo "alias ll='ls -al'" >> ~/.bashrc
source ~/.bashrc

mkdir /app/data/projects/$1
touch /app/data/projects/$1/README.md

• from app UI, use any existing project session terminal to run it : ~/new-project.sh projectname
• then I can do git init and repo connection as I want it (custom values)

Hoping to make it part of “work anywhere” dev cycle.
I find the UI a little frustrating in places, but it’s just a case of getting used to it.
