      YouTrack comes across my radar every so often. I believe that several people using it as a project manager and community knowledge base because it is very customizable.

      I have also read that it is lightweight compared to JIRA....

      I have considered trying to use it in that way,

          @atrilahiji It looks like there are some interesting ways to convert issues into articles as apart of a knowledge base.
