I would like to propose a change for the Tiny Tiny RSS App

Since Nextcloud App already uses Postgresql and this one is already available in Cloudron why not using it for Tiny Tiny RSS too?

      ya ok, maybe but Why

We could have the eternal debate about which database engine is the best for which case scenario
but has everyone already knows Postgres is the best 😛

My real motivation to propose this move is because I would like to use this plugin

      • af_psql_trgm: Marks similar articles as read (requires pg_trgm)

and as you may deduce by the psql_ and the pg_ it requires PostgreSQL

      Migration Impact

I don't really know the impact of this change and how it occurs, if it is like for Nextcloud by a simple click and/or it more exporting and reporting into a new instance, but I'm willing to test.

Changing databases is a lot of work unfortunately especially in an automated way. I think we did this once with OpenProject (because they stopped supporting MySQL) and that took a weeks work almost. But yes, something to keep in mind.
