the rocket.chat snippet is not loading

So tried to integrate Rocket.Chat on my website and neither via the WordPress plugin or by copying the js snippet code before </body> it work

This the result

while I directly access https://chat.jdumont.com/livechat it works

does anyone faced this issue before ?

If you open the browser developer tools, do you see any security warnings or errors? This could be related to SCP rules, they can be adjusted per app as explained in https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/#custom-csp

Did you configured it so that you can embed your chat from your domain ?
It's been a while I have not used it but I remember I had to kind of whitelist the domain for the embed of the chat to work

by adding frame-ancestors site.example.com; under rocket.chat apps it work like a charm

Just to add, when I was setting this up I found the WordPress plugin didn't work, but the pasting code snippet did.
