UNSOLVED Can not associate rocket.chat account and rocket.chat app
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times now all with the same result.
I have tried 3 separate emails, all with the same result.
There is nothing about it here - https://docs.cloudron.io/apps/rocket.chat/
And there is nothing online I can find either. Please help.
Hi, I've just installed a fresh rocket chat instance and was able to finish the setup wizard, with an email address I have used many times to do that. However that email address is not used with the Rocket.Chat Cloud service, from the error you posted it looks like either there is a bug at the Rocket.Chat workspace service or your tried email addresses are somehow really already used.
I would suggest to contact their support about this, they should be able to shed some light.

When/where do you see this error? I have never heard of this service and we have been using Rocket.Chat for over 4 year now.

I've never seen this before, but have had issues with rocket chat cloud service. In my case deleting the connection for the workspace in rocket chat cloud, and then re-adding it worked.
I have deleted the app completely and then set up an email through my cloudron instance specifically for this service each time. Each time it does the same error message.

@privsec If you are using the exact same details each time, perhaps it's a cached cookie causing problems?
Sadly, I thought of that.
I create new emails each time for it AND I clear the websites cache/cookies
Is it possible that Cloudron auto sets up your account with Rocket.chat?
