Numbered lists in UI

For any screen where we have a potentially long list of items, such as domains, email, volumes, my apps, etc. please include a numbered list so it is easily referenceable (delete domain 53...)

Additionally, it would be great to have a top of list summary of their status:
[ 0, 3, 88 | Total 91 ]

1. domain1.com
2. domain2.com
3. ...

I like the idea of having a summary for all the things (apps, users, domains, mailboxes). Good idea.
