Scenario: A Cloudron Server is not working correctly

Example the box.service is not working after the cloudron update.

      What can you do now?

      • Write a Support Ticket and wait
      • Try to fix it yourself and maybe break more then before (like me)
      • Redeploy the whole server and restore from a backup

For me at least, the last option (redeploy and restore) is the fastest option which does not involve external help.
Could there be a cloudron emergency mode on the system which tries to disable all services to then only display the restore options?

Maybe I am completely of here, just some thoughts I had after my latest mess with a cloudron server 😄

@BrutalBirdie I think this somewhat depends on the use-cases. For production systems, a full restore is probably the best option to get back up. However for non-critical systems, often things are worth debugging to actually find the root cause and fix that to ensure the next update from the restored system does not break again.
