It would be nice if manually added repos either inherited the name of the repo or the user could name it.

@SamGreenwood oh indeed it simply becomes empty. This is a bug and will be fixed.

I have fixed this now and made a new app package for it. It was just a client-side display issue, so you projects should already show the name without having to re-add it.
