        I think this is the same as a recent support ticket. To update everyone here, the app data as such can be accessed via the filemanager, webterminal or sftp connection into the app. On Cloudron only files at /app/data are editable, the rest like static app assets are not writeable for security and updateability reasons.

        To give some context, the corresponding support ticket as far as I understood was related to customize/theme the app UI as such, which is then not supported on Cloudron, unless the app has a formal way to deal with this.

          @nebulon

          Filemanager is not a solution
          All needet files in var/lib/overlay2

          And I will make this changes

            @Mike-0 right, as I suspected, such changes to the app package are not possible on Cloudron due to the read-only filesystem in which apps run in on Cloudron.

              Sorry hhen Cloudron is the last garbage for me.
              Security, Privacy and Adaptability is a must have.
              I need a solution to deactivate IP-Logging in Cloudron / Mastadon and a way to replacy svg-files / graphics.

              best regards

                @Mike-0 no need to use such words for our work. I guess the product is just not suitable for you. Feel free to not use then 🙂

                    I think you have to take the issue upstream at https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/issues/6474 since that is the source of the privacy issue.
