I successfully installed and connected Grafana to Prometheus using the App ID in the data source URL field. I understand it gives me access to the data scraped by Prometheus on itself, as the only target is localhost. How do I add the other Cloudron apps to the targets to monitor them?

I don't have much idea here, maybe @eriktad or @BrutalBirdie knows. In general, what is needed to add a target to Prometheus? IP Address?
