      Many people want to save and/or share a webpage they have visited. Some problems are that the webpage disappears, or is edited, or full of tracking spyware or censored on the Internet.

      To help people save resources and to protect others, you can create an archive of a webpage in its current state and then link people to that archive. This also helps circumvent censorship as people can search archives like this for pre-exisiting snapshots of pages.

      There is also an application request for a similar tool, ArchiveBox.
