    Hello, I am now encountering a second issue (original issue is here

    This new issue is that when any user other than my account and the jellyfin admin account signs into jellyfin from anywhere (mobile, smart tv, or computer) they get this message 4a4341e0-f75e-4c4d-92d1-fa648532da3f-image.png

    In the logs, there is
    Jan 02 15:05:52 [22:05:52] [INF] [86] Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpServer.WebSocketManager: WS xx.xx.xx.xx request

    In the browser console I see
    1208bde2-aba9-499c-8e1f-fcf07b52937c-image.png

    In the app access control I see 9a1a9a51-a3d3-46cb-82f8-099a4c29d3ff-image.png

      After reviewing the logs after changing information to Debug in Jellyfins config, it says that the users do not have access to the various folders when I attempt to copy/paste the link across browser sessions.

      So why wouldnt other users have access to view the folders?

        @privsec they're not authed? sounds like you have media uploaded as admin which requires higher rights than users have.

          @robi
          Correct, not authed

          How else do you put media on the app?

                Have you given those users access to the corresponding libraries within jellyfin?

                    JK, I see that now

                    And they all have access. I did not see this in any documentation.

                    Thank you

                      so is this then resolved with granting access to the users?
