What does this error mean?

I noticed that a couple of apps in my Cloudron were crashing and/or running low on RAM, so I decided to uninstall apps that I don't use anymore. I've started getting the following error when trying to uninstall apps:
Addons Error: Error tearing down postgresql. Status code: 500 message: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:5432How do I fix it?

@SamGreenwood I think the postgresql service is probably down. Can you check under Services ? Maybe restart it or give it a bit more memory.
@girish It's up now, and all the errors have disappeared.
