Cloudron is really slow...

Whenever I try to access cloudron I have to refresh a few times (sometimes it fails to load) and wait a while for it to properly load.

I remember reading about that some routers have trouble connecting to itself using the public ip or something.

If so is there any solution? I'm trying to remote access my virtual machine using apache guacamole

The report is quite abstract We need more information on your setup here.

Routers having trouble connecting to itself is called "hairpin nat" or "hairpinning" or "loopback nat" . Is that your situation here? Does your router support it or not?
