[Feature Request] Default to Not Watching

I love ReleaseBell. But I star a lot of Github repos just so I can access them later in case I remember of something I came across. Most of these I'm not worried about keeping track of new releases. Can we add an option in the Profile page such that when starring a new repo, it does NOT automatically watch it? I find myself having to go into preferences quite often to turn off emails for a certain repo because it's not something I'm trying to keep an eye on.

Interesting... I do the opposite. I star on GitHub and i am happy that i don't need to go into release bell to turn on notifications.

I guess we can add a default though.
