Mattermost 404 error

Hi,
I am using Mattermost for internal team communication.Recently, I got an email on my Cloudron dashboard to reboot the server, so I did the same.
However, after the reboot, the mattermost instance became unreachable and throws a 404 error.
The status is shown as not responding :

Any help would be highly appreciated since our internal communication is on halt because of the above issue.
No other changes, as such were made on the server before this issue occurred.
