Anytype (finally) released for public beta
-
I am using it for project management, notes management, story writing, game design ... i run a ton of private spaces and 3 shared with my team Beeing able to host this thing of Cloudron would be the ultimate game changer for me
-
I seee, self-hosting this seems to unlock the community sharing for free. That's well worth it, and I suspect simpler and more advanced than Outline
-
Are there any updates on this?
https://tech.anytype.io/how-to/self-hostingUnfortunately i have no clue on how hard it would be, but i am pretty sure many are interested in this. Maybe we should offer a bounty?

Any new tries here to get this running on cloudron? I am willing to pay, if it doesn't cost an arm & a leg...

Still think this would be a high-value app. Latest updates are great. Solid UX. Encrypted. Decentralised. What's not to like?

Any updated on this?

So basically, this would need the any-sync-node?

So basically, this would need the any-sync-node? @andreasdueren well, we have this: https://github.com/anyproto/any-sync-dockercompose
And here are the docs on how to do it: https://doc.anytype.io/anytype-docs/data-and-security/self-hosting/self-hosted / https://tech.anytype.io/how-to/self-hosting
So basically docker is already available, which would make it quite easy to get it to cloudron, as far my understanding goes.

@scooke said in Anytype (finally) released for public beta: I've scheduled myself to ask for an update 2 months from now. Good pattern spotting!
