OSS Reelgood Alternative

Hello All,
I'm looking for an OSS alternative to Reelgood, or similar. I'm looking primarily for the following features:- Media Recommendations (Tv Shows, Movies)
- Ability to track what was watched / rating
- Android App / FireTv
- Deep Linking to Streaming Services
I'd like something that doesn't contain a media server and have found options, but don't want the bloat if possible.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
