It would be great to see ICEHRM added to the list.

We use it to manage our volunteers.

We find most HRM complicated for some to manage volunteers, especially for not being HR trained.

We use it to

• Securely keep volunteer information (DOB, Numbers, Addresses, ID Evidence, Documents like agreements and more.
• Management of volunteer leave like when ill or on holiday.
• We use it for time sheets to track when they have been in or if they are not coming in enough.
• We use it to manage our volunteer's expenses.
• Forms
• Volunteer training management and more.

We like it because

• Free for the most part.
• Easy to use.
• Integrations into google.
• They have an app.
• It is well worth the time and great for NPO and charities alike.

Thanks for making the request. How is IceHRM for managing skills? For example, a "Can anyone here fly a plane?" situation.

Does it help much in pairing/teaming people? For example, "He is a greenhorn, so I will stick him with this old hand."

I know lots of people running Climate Emergency Centres are looking for a good solution to manage volunteers.

Could you perhaps share more info about how you manage volunteers using IceHrm?
